Jefferson Family Health Center's internal medicine services focus on preventative medicine and providing diagnosis & treatment of chronic illnesses and patients with multiple illnesses. Lab Services The ACMC Laboratory provides accurate, timely, convenient, and affordable testing and blood collection services to physician offices and patients. Physical Therapy Physical therapists at ACMC team with licensed physical therapy assistants to deliver exercise-based treatments. Other modalities may be employed to maximize patient outcomes, including ultrasound, electrical stimulation, cold or heat therapy, manual therapy, joint mobilization, aquatics, resistance training, and education. The goals of physical therapy usually include restoring a patient's prior level of function and alleviating pain. Physical Therapy is available at Jefferson Family Health Center Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.; and Friday, 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Physical Therapy is also available in Ashtabula and Conneaut.
